Student records include names, family contacts, fees and academic history. That is not public website content. It should be available only to people who need it for their role.
What “good enough” looks like
- Signed-in access, not a shared office password on a desktop file
- Roles so a teacher is not browsing the full fee ledger by default
- Each school’s records kept with that school
- No student lists shared by accident through a loose search or report
