Is Idara365 school management software for Pakistan?

Yes. Pricing is in Pakistani rupees, per school, per month. The product is built for local fee cycles: challans, part payments, admission fees and day-wise cash.

Do you generate fee challans?

Yes. You generate challans from the current fee plan, record full or part payments, and print or pay from one student row that sums unpaid months.

Can a school schedule an SMS if a student has not paid the fee?

Yes. You can schedule an SMS to the guardian or parent when a student’s fee is unpaid — for example on the 10th of the month — so the reminder goes out without the office calling each family by hand.

How much does school management software cost?

Idara365 is Rs 4,000 per month up to 300 students, Rs 5,000 up to 500, Rs 6,000 up to 1,000, and Rs 7,500 up to 2,000–3,000 — per school. Larger schools can request a quote.
